Garlic

Well... it's garlic alright!

Your technique is wonderful. The background colours suit the subject, and the slightly blurry edges of the blub give it a translucent softness that is quite.... erm... appealing?

Back to the fact that the subject itself is a bulb of garlic. I wouldn't myself had though of it, and it's a very original idea.

I also applaud the imperfections of the subject. This garlic is (metaphorically) looking at me and saying "Yeah, I'm peeling and a bit cracked, but I don't give damn and I'm still beautiful"

(That little flap sticking up right there is oddly amusing ^-^)
